This Halloween, step into the dark history of Darlinghurst at The Long Goodbye, a gothic cocktail bar located in a 170-year-old terrace house with a chilling past. Hosted by true crime historian Elliot Lindsay, and featuring the expert paranormal team from Capture Paranormal, this spine-tingling evening will combine cocktails, ghostly tales, and hands-on paranormal investigation in one unforgettable experience.

The Haunting Agenda:

Begin your journey with Elliot Lindsay as he uncovers the macabre history of the neighbourhood. Discover the tragic stories of the people who lived—and died—in the very terrace you’ll be standing in. Learn about the horrifying murder of the butcher’s wife at 82 Stanley Street, and the sinister presence of serial killer Frederick Deeming, who once walked these streets with his family who he slaughtered.

After learning the dark secrets of the past, the team from Capture Paranormal will guide you through a live paranormal investigation. You’ll get the chance to use real ghost-hunting tools and techniques to communicate with spirits that are believed to linger in the old building. This isn’t just storytelling—you’ll be actively involved in uncovering the supernatural activity hidden within the walls.
